Praex — Acceptable Use Policy

We built Praex to say yes more often than you're used to. The list below is the whole list — if it's not on it, we're not in your way.

You may not use Praex hosted services to:

1. Sexualize, exploit, or harm minors in any way. Zero tolerance; reported where required by law.
2. Create weapons capable of mass casualties, or obtain meaningful technical uplift toward chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or explosive harm.
3. Develop or deploy malware, or attack, scan, or access computers, networks, or accounts you do not own and are not authorized to test.
4. Harass, threaten, dox, or facilitate violence against real people.
5. Break the law — content or actions illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including fraud and unlicensed practice of medicine or law presented as licensed advice.
6. Deceive people at scale — undisclosed bots presenting as humans, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or non-consensual intimate imagery of real people.
7. Abuse the service — circumvent safety systems, probe other customers' data, resell raw API access without an agreement, or use it to train a competing foundation model.

What we deliberately do not block

• Discussion, analysis, fiction, satire, and roleplay for adults, including dark themes.
• Security research and red-teaming for systems you own or are authorized to test.
• Medical, legal, chemical, and political information at a factual level.
• Profanity, controversial opinions, and unflattering analysis.

Enforcement

Graduated: warn → rate-limit → suspend → terminate. Items 1–3 above skip the ladder and terminate immediately. Appeals: abuse@praex.ai.
