Delete your Praex account

In the app

1. Sign in at praex.ai/chat, or open the Praex Android app.
2. Open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

By email

Email davor@praex.ai from the email address of the Google account you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We reply by email and complete it within 30 days.

Before you delete

• Cancel an active Pro subscription first. Bought on the web: Settings, Manage billing. Bought in the Android app: the Play Store, Payments and subscriptions. The account cannot be deleted while a subscription can still renew.
• Shared links you created with /share stay public until you remove them with /unshare. Remove them first, or list them in your email and we will remove them.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account.
• Your plan record, including the Google Play purchase details we keep to verify an Android subscription.
• Your daily usage records.
• On the web, the chats saved in that browser. Chats kept by the CLI, the desktop app or the Android app stay on that device until you remove them there; we never had a copy.

What we keep

Payment records held by Stripe or Google Play, as accounting and tax law require. Guest-trial counters keyed by a hashed IP address are not linked to your account, so they are not part of the deletion. See the Privacy Policy for details.
